DOROTHY RICHBURG

Dorothy began her career immediately after college as a programmer/analyst and project manager. She spent for roughly 17 years performing these jobs with 12 of those years as an IT consultant. In 1987, Dorothy Richburg with Joe Richburg and another close associate formed Keystone Computer Solutions, Inc. It was a vehicle for its founders to provide consulting services in their areas of specialty. In 1989 Dorothy changed focus and started to recruit and place other consultants in several large companies throughout the Twin Cities.

Dorothy transitioned Keystone to positively impact customer service, increase productivity, and improve profitability for their customers. The IT business is really a very competitive segment of the customer service business. Keystone demonstrates to their business partners a commitment to managing information technology through professionalism and ability. Dorothy’s enthusiasm, dedication to detail, and commitment positively impacts Keystone’s reputation to their customers.

JOSEPH RICHBURG

With over 30 years in the information technology field, Joe has worn many hats. After graduating from college with a BS in Math/Computer Science, Joe started his professional career at corporations including Pillsbury, Control Data Corporation, and 3M. He was involved with various areas such as; applying IT solutions to non-traditional business problems; developing and supporting accounting, finance, sales, marketing and operations applications; performing CAD/CAM application development; computer operations management; and the management of the implementation and delivery of mobile workforce systems. As the co-owner of KCS, Joe has been actively engaged with its customer focused emphasis paying particular attention to the government and small-mid sized business sectors.

Joe is actively involved in the community having leadership roles in civic and professional groups. He is a graduate of Ohio University, Northwestern University - Advanced Management Education Program, and the University of Minnesota – Executive Education Program.

FREDRICK BLOCTON

With over 35 years of technology experience, Fredrick Blocton has an extensive background in executive level technology designs and has implemented technology solutions for the US Virgin Islands, Chicago Public Schools, and a number of other well known organizations. The current Vice President of KCS, Frederick holds a BS degree in Computer Engineering.

In addition to his extensive technology experience, Frederick has a passion for supporting the unique needs of individuals and organizations through his volunteer efforts. He has volunteered with Volunteers of America for over 8 years, has been the Administrative Chair of Camphor Memorial United Methodist Church for the past 7 years, and has served on the board of Free Port West.

Frederick has also taught Sunday school for the past ten years, and continues to support the growth of young people by serving as the Vice President of the Black Data Processing Associates' (BDPA) Community Youth Technology Program.
