e-Cycling

The e-Cycling program is a collaboration between your organization and KCS. Engaging the KCS Approach, e-Cycling could be as simple as establishing an electronic re-Cycling pick-up program or as integrated as engaging these three stages:

• Assessment:
  The work begins with observation and analysis of your organizations’ needs and continues with the development of an awareness program. Based on the needs of your organizations’ internal operations, this phase concludes with the creation of an effective implementation strategy.
• Implementation:
  Implementation strategies are integrated into your organizations’ current internal operations. This stage also involves publicity campaigns and engaging your organization in awareness seminars.
• Utilization:
  This phase includes the engagement of external e-Cycling processes as well as the assessment and evaluation of the program and your organizations’ return on investment.
